Fine. I’ll be the first to say it: wtf?

In honor of the number of tweets sent during the London Olympic games, Adidas along with designer Nash Money (soon to be known as CASH Money) have created a social media running shoe which some are looking forward to seeing incorporated in to the Brazil Olympics 2016.

The shoe allows tweeting from a small installed screen on the outside. The idea being to incorporate social media in to Olympic competitions. Think Le Klos tweeting “ewww…London pool water tastes terrible. I think Phelps pissed up in this mofo” during a big race.

My question is, how is this a better idea than just tweeting from your already more advanced smartphone. Anyway. Here are some pics and a vid.
