Well technically it’s not going to be an Alfa, it’ll be a based on the new MX5 and made in Japan for Alfa by Mazda, but it’ll have Italian writing on it. That counts, right? And you can’t blame them, isn’t it supposed to be good business sense to outsource everything to the East?

Thankfully the Italians have been given the job of designing it, and it looks pretty good. Open top, two seater and based on the amazing Duetto.
