Making redundant the smart pens of yesteryear, famous Italian notebook manufacturer Moleskin have created an iPhone app which works in conjunction with the popular Evernote app.

The diary contains specialized paper with tiny holes on it that detect your doodles and scribblings and transform it in to editable text on your computer.

Essentially, your iDevice does what your old smart pen used to do.
