I’m all for a good mod, but this is a bit loony and so it should be considering it was produced in around 2009 by Ueli Anliker who lives in Switzerland and spends most of his time in his museum devoted to his red and gold custom cars and motorcycles. The museum also has a Thai restaurant, a disco club complete with Playstation 4, a café lounge, and his own modern art/design studio.
The height of this maniacs career has definitely been the creation of this custom Mercedes McLaren SLR that totes 500 rubies and gold plating on the wheels. It recently sold at auction for $9 million.
