This is a bit awkward.
I’ve just come across an invention that the American’s are selling that takes the meat you would usually put into your hamburger patty and arranges it neatly in a straight line sausage. If this sounds familiar, let me show you a picture:
The only question that needs answering now is who is going to tell them that South African’s have been rolling our minced meat into sausages and calling it boerewors for centuries now?
Next thing you know they’ll be hanging pieces of spiced raw meat out in their garden sheds until it’s tough and stringy and delicious. Oh wait, they’ve already tried that and it failed…horribly! They call it beef jerky.
Buy the “Ham Dogger” here. Or just go to your local supermarket and get some ready made ones there.
